ReplyDelete1. the main character of the story I think not good, and I don't like her because she was selfish. She didn't want to accept someone's opinion. I can write this because when they argued about the house they wanted to visit, she didn't want to accept Bailey's idea to not go to the house.

ReplyDeletei want describe the short story with the title "A good man is Hard to Find" in this story the character are Grandmother, Bailey, his wife "the mother" and their children John Wesley and June Star. all of them have the different characterization, the grandmother is a thin and proud old woman who lived with her son, Bailey is the good and obsidian's to her mother and follow the instruction of her and all his wife, his child take it.the story tell about a family plan to take a trip to Florida and ended with a dreadful tragedy. as they rode through the native state, Georgia, the grandmother bored the family with her story about the state's scenery and good days in the south. the story became complicated as, on the way, she recalled about a house in an old plantation she had visited before. in exaggeration, she talked about the mysterious things about the hose which compelled the grandchildren to provoke their father turn back to see the house.while waiting and hoping for a rescue, a car came a long with three men in it. the three men stopped by and voulentered to check the car. at the same time, the grandmother recalled one of the men's faces and uttered his identity aloud. he was the misfit that the newspaper informed as the escaped convict. realizing that his identity has been revealed.i dislike the character done, because she only keeping her body without think the other.the moral value from this short story is if we can be able to divert and cancel a journey to check the situation and condition first, to make sure it good or bad.to connect this story with social value, i think we must be able to avoid some tragedy if we can understanding with the other and taking the ability respect with them to get in the other hand.in culture we ability understanding with other who has the different costume, culture and religion,and in the religion we must understanding the all citizen who has created by the god without differences one of them.

She always share her experince with them and play together everytime. Moreover, she tried to relize The Misfit from his mistake and relize it. So that he can be a good man like ago because she believe with the Missfit. Although all people considered him a criminal but she alawys tried to make him realize.
The story happen in Tennessee. I lke this setting because according to story, there are very interesting view of the scienery stone mountain, the blue granite in some places came up to both sides of the highway; the briliant red clay bank slightly streaked with the purple; and the various crops that made rows of the green lack on the ground. The trees were full of silver white sun lights and the neanest of them sparkled.
The story tell about good things. Because in this story, grandmother invited the Missfit and admit all of his mistaken. And forget it to start new life, so he can be agood man like that she believe.
The story is reasonable. The style of the story is communicative of figurative is denotation. Because the story tell about real life. And figurative language that is used in that story is simile. Because I found some examples sentences, such as;
- her legs crossed under her like a childs and her face smiling up at the couldless sky.
